EMS sasuke was 17 and had his dojutsu for one day. EMS Madara was like late 30s comon now troll harder than that.

Sasuke is a prodigy and with things such as the EMS around Madara's age or earlier he would be the only shinobi that could replace Madara in his era and be just as or even more effective.

Sasuke wouldnt have ems, just ms. But yeah, Naruto can as well he is a Sage.

Itachi would've made a much better replacement than Sasuke. He would've averted the curse of hatred and made peace with the Senju long before Izuna died creating the leaf at a much faster rate , then with his wisdom and/or black zetsu's help he would come to the notion that swapping eyes with Izuna would give them both power , to which he follows up by seeing through Black zetsus plot killing him shortly after. He then becomes the second Hokage as madara was intended but will be cut down shortly after due to Kimimaro's plot illness to which Tobirama steps up as Third Hokage and gets a better outlook on the uchiha in general and wont have any need to confine them to the edge of the village or making them the police force.

-Itachi is then revived by Chiyo's Grand mother but decides to leave the hokage name to Tobirama but stays on as the Uchiha's Leader.

-A top secret system is later installed in the Uchiha in which every married and family starting uchiha need to have 2 children. Higher Leveled members will Genjutsu torture the Kids who have have yet to Awaken Sharingan/MS by showing them the deaths of their loved ones when they come of age. Each Uchiha sibling who gain MS will get it swapped with the other and each unique MS ability will be studied. A army of EMS level ninja would be created with aims to protect The Whole World against a threat they have no intel on. (Momo/Kinshiki)
