Take notes! Sasuke never failed. Now, most of you are gonna come in here and say "Umm.. Solo, he failed to capture Bee". Wrong. Sasuke's goal was to see if the Akatsuki would keep their promise and give him a tailed beast, but then he figured out his MS during the fight and decided he no longer needed it. Therefore, it was still a win for Sasuke. Even when Sasuke fail, he wins.
Now, onto the failures:
1. Naruto - Failed to bring Sasuke back, Gaara back, he called himself a failure, and failed with his Tailed Beast Mode.
2. Minato - Just read the latest chapter.
3. Obito - Failed to become Hokage. Failed to save Rin. He even call himself trash.
4. Kakashi - He failed to keep his promise to Obito. He also call himself trash.
5. Hokage 1-4 - Pretty much created a crappy Ninja System that my boy Sasuke trying to fix.
6. 5 Kage - Failed to take care of Madara.
7. Madara - Failed to beat Hashirama. Failed to become the 10 Tails host. Failed to get revive by Rinne Tensei.
8. Akatsuki - Failed to capture the Eight and Nine Tails.
9. Sage of 6 Paths - Failed to lead the Tailed Beast down the right path.
10. Sakura - Her life is a failure.
11. Itachi - He even admitted he's a failure.
12. Orochimaru - Failed to get an Uchiha body.
Another example as to why Sasuke is perfect. He has no failures in life. I can name every character's failures except for Sasuke.
