There's a bit of irony in your post. Naruto Shippuden is not a manga. From the beginning of part 1 all the way through chapter 700 , the manga is just called Naruto. The Shippuden label is actually just an anime only label that came about when the anime reached part 2.

Therefore if you are reading a manga called Naruto shippuden , then you technically are reading fanfic. Lol.

I think he means in terms of variety Sasuke has more jutsu he can use while Naruto is only limited to elements.

Hagoromo did not save Naruto or Sasuke, and he actually admitted that he couldn't.

Hagoromo did not stop Sasuke "with mere one hand". He asked him to stop, and Sasuke decided to argue with him rather than keep killing Madara. If Sasuke hadn't stopped for a chat, Madara and Hashirama's reunion would have been interrupted when Madara got a sword through his neck.

And Sasuke didn't cast a Genjutsu on Hagoromo, because he didn't need to. He only needed the Bijuu's chakra, and Hagoromo couldn't interfere due to running out of time.

I sorry,forgive me.Well Hagoromo was the main person who take down Kaguya (Goddess) .As a result,i mention Hagoromo,. because he was worthy to mention.Kaguya is too brainless to be compare to Sasuke.I sure current Sasuke can take her down easily with his arsenal and wisdom (plus extra knowledge of jutsu from visiting different countries)
