Naruto is more versatile overall, I mean if you can't pick up on that you can't read english. sasuke has little use outside of battle while naruto is able to replenish chakra, is THE best medic shown thus far, and a superior sensor, and can use clones allowing him to use all these capabilities at one time. and seeing chakra gives him no advantage over Naruto since Naruto can sense things that one can't see from a greater range.

right here he detected kingin bros nine tails chakra even though he was in a chamber meant to isolate him from the world. clearly naruto is the best tracker. Not only that but he detected many different chakra signatures at one time once he did leave said chamber. his tracking abilities far exceed most ppl on the show.
If it doesn't involve combat then Naruto is the better choice 99% of the time, making him the more versatile ninja since he can do things that sasuke can't.
why you talking about detection again? I already said naruto would be a better tracker. If it doesn't involve battle? Obviously. Sasuke has worked on things that gear him ip specifically for battle. Healing is something sasuke can't do. By saying everything outside of battle you're taking away many of sasuke's strengths which is not the point as its the most versatile shinobi. you're going to ignore leadership and strategic ability? When it comes to battle or battle prep, sasuke is more versatile.

There's pretty much nothing Sasuke can do that Naruto can't, he can lead but he's bad at it, he can come up with strategy but he's not the most strategic. I don't know why this is so hard to understand. Naruto has more skills available, hence he is the more versatile dude overall. Sasuke can't do what Naruto can because he is less versatile obviously.

I definitely agree. Take away his MS and EMS skills and he's still the most versatile Ninja. It's his skill repertoire that grants him this versatility. Not to mention his Kenjutsu, shurikenjutsu, and Taijutsu in general. Also his ability to form Teams - both Obito and Kabuto commented on Sasuke's excellent Leadership qualities - and strategies - even Madara was impressed.
So yes, it takes more than fighting skills to make a versatile Ninja. Sasuke is the whole package.

It's a matter of perspective. Naruto has healing and great sensory ability. Everything else naruto has, sasuke has as well. Sasuke Has leadership, strategic insight and knowledge of a variety of jutsu (since oro trained him), which naruto does not have. For example the tech used to bring back oro, and how he combined juugo's power with his susanoo giving him senjutsu. IMO I think sasuke is more versatile than naruto coz I hold these factors in a higher regard than what naruto has.

Having a lot of attacks doesn't make him versatile. Swordsmanship, marksmanship, unarmed combat, and lots of fireballs and lightning flow isn't versatility- it's pure offense. He does have genjutsu and summoning to give him some semblance of versatility.

Sasuke is pretty versatile I think. 2 chakra natures, good weapon skills, excellent swordsman,2 separate summonings(1 for aerial combat and to deliver messages, and another that can be used to track his enemies), has some skill in senjutsu, good genjutsu that can be used for a variety of purposes, some fuinjutsu skill(revived orochimaru) etc So overall he is one of the more versatile characters. Think kakashi is a little more versatile though. This is not even counting his EMS techniques.
Overall options, basically. Like a swiss army knife, you'll be able to find a lot of uses for it for many different situations since it's a knife, can-opener, and has some basic tools, and fits nicely in your pocket.
Sasuke has a variety of attacks, admittingly, but I wouldn't call that "versatility." It's more comparable to a bayonette; it's a gun + knife combo that can also be used as a club. That more accurately describes Sasuke's abilities, to be honest.
Let's perhaps rank Sasuke in these three categories 1-5...
Offense:
Defense:
Supplementary:
To me, the higher each score is, the more versatile that character is.
I'm not trying to knock Sasuke. He is one of the most powerful characters in the series, I just don't see him as a very versatile shinobi let alone the most versatile. That is, of course, until he starts learning Rinnegan jutsus which will help round him out.
But Naruto has all that except for aerial combat but in fact better in most of categories: fuin jutsu? checked (even before Shukaku), speed? checked, close, mid and long range combat? checked (bijuudama, flying rasenshurikenwhatever, black orbs, taijutsu), as much as it is just assumption about Sasuke terestrial combat I allow myself to say Narutos bijuu cloak (however it looks like now) has the same protective abilities... so checked, dimensions? checked (bijuu dimension access and sensing for fighting others using dimensional techniques), senjutsu? checked (long time ago), summoning? checked, inteligence? checked (maybe not his own but he has 9 oldest entities within him)

Well aside from what was already addressed, you also mentioned his leadership skills and I believe his ability to plan and strategize. Those are also handy, working smarter and not harder is typically a good thing.
This may be getting a little complex though. I was looking at the situation more from the moveset, what abilities that he brings to the table and how he can use them to adapt to different situations. Sasuke's intelligent and skilled, as should someone of his level be, but he's still styled towards offense. You can see it in the way he fights too, always charging in whenever he sees an opening. I'm not saying he's brash, he's analytical, I'm just saying he doesn't hesitate and he doesn't pull punches.
