nope its fodder jutsu now Madara has couple ways ,preta absorb it,shinra tensei repels it, juubi regeneration heals it, tsb erases it , susanoo tanks it, removing armour escapes it, rikudo senjutsu sensing and reflexes dodges it.

Sasuke having sage chakra doesn't make amaretsu stronger it has the same effect the flames just can't be put out but can be easily dodged or u can remove what is on fire simple. It has no destructive force what so ever
