Madara would have had BZ with Obito's Kamui and Kakashi's Kamui along with his single Rinnegan. Together, they could easily survive at the very least.

Though we can't deny that if Sakura had destroyed the eye itself, Madara would not have had the upperhand. Because once he had received the second eye he began to perform on a higher scale which caused both Naruto/Sasuke to be wary of aoe damage. Not to mention this "nerfed" Madara could of used way more abilities than Chibaku Tensei. I would of enjoyed it more than Kaguya tbh.
