wrong you need the special weather for kirin
without the sudden change in heat and pressure there cant be a storm
and you can get that only with the fire jutsu + amaterasu that takes up most his chakra
also one of the path will absorb this jutsu, so no special weather, so no kirin

also chibaku tensei is instant naruto in KM , bee and Itachi could not out run it
it took all three their best attack to stop the CT there is no way sasuke can stop it
