The new Boruto Author released a new "Databook" and Sakura had 190 in Chakra and Sasuke had 250. And that was base Sakura.

Kushina easily had more than Minato who's reserves were at max 2 times kakashi the fodeer got drained pretty much after 2 attacks. Were as kushina still had enough to reseal kyubi and take it with her. I know you may say Minato used death seal but it's requirements are the life of the individual not the chakra.
