Lol, are you serious? He doesn't at ALL think that Naruto sucks. He just wants Naruto to spend more quality time with him. He'd obviously prefer his dad over some random guy who had nothing better to do than train his best friends son. Bolt obviously prefers Naruto as a father, if NaruSaku happened Salad would have been better off with Naruto too tbh.
