I agree in their overall aspects they are equals, but both excel in some things the other doesn't which balances them out overall.

I agree with the OP that Sasuke is faster. He has always been about speed. every opponent he has faced has mentioned at one time or another how fast he is.

Naruto excels in raw power. While Sasuke has powerful abilities, Naruto's raw destructive power is marginally stronger than Sasukes due to his Sage training. He is also physically stronger than Sasuke. But ultimately yes they are equal when you add everything up.

I agree with this Naruto is the embrodiment of Power and Sasuke the same for speed. It was the way Kishi set it up from the beginning.

Sasuke is obviously faster, but Naruto has better reaction time and far better raw speed.

You cannot get faster than instant. Sasuke has better Shunshin, reaction time and movement than Tobirama and Minato. But in terms of how fast they move at their quickest (so their teleportation), instant is instant. You cannot get faster than instant, which would mean Sasuke is existing in a time ahead of everybody else, which he isn't.

Reaction/Striking times do not make someone faster though. Since reguardless of their ability to react/strike they still get from Point A to Point B at exactly the same time.

Sasuke is faster than naruto due to his teleportation, Thats a fact but Naruto due to his superior reaction/striking speed was able to hit someone sasuke wasn't able to even with an S/T that doesn't make naruto faster though. Same applies to Sasuke against Minato/Tobirama.

When you compared speeds (or atleast when i do) i take their fastest movement speeds and Pit them against each other, So in this case Instant=Instant.
When comparing instant movements the individuals footspeed is pretty irrelevant

Minato/Tobirama didn't have the striking speed/reactions to attack after they teleported, Sasuke did.

FTG is Instant, So is sasuke's. Thus if two jutsu's are instant they are the same speed wise, Reaction timing/striking speeds are different things.

Thus his jutsu and him is better and all together superior to that of Minato and Tobirama.

They both have same striking speed. Footspeed are about the same

You're right. In terms of teleportation, they're equal. But Sasuke's foot speed is greater than both Minato and Tobirama, which technically makes him faster in certain situations.
