sasuke still is not strong enough to take on madara. but yeah sasuke chakra is as strong as madara

Obito is the second madara, he has everything like him, except for ems, he summoned kyuubi with it controlling it with three tomoe just like madara, has rinnegan like madara, the only two persons to have rinnegan except rikudo, sasuke is the THIRD madara.

Actually in this case the big brother died before the little brother and it was because of the death of the brother that other brother turned out to be an evil avenger
