Sasuke is shell shocked from combat

when you walk the path of the solo. It always has great draw backs and penalties. In Sasuke case he is now on high alert and shell shocked due to it.

I believe Sasuke is wondering the world to find himself. Since his entire life was built on revenge and combat he is now wondering the world to redeem/repair himself rather than sitting idle in a village.

^^ If you look at this image you see that sasuke says "Just my impression" this is essentially saying that Sasuke is saying to himself (Why when I hear something, I automatically assume it is danger or a threat inbound) which is why I say Sasuke is shell shocked and still stuck in the old shinobi ways
