Sasuke is putting on airs by pretending to be utterly uninterested in anyones well being outside of himself and Naruto. But we know this isn’t true, if Naruto’s reaction (and Sasuke’s character in general..) is anything to go by. The panel where Sasuke’s face is in profile, hidden, in response to Naruto’s recollection of their fight with Haku is telling. It’s obvious, It is shoved in our face. Sasuke is just putting on a tough act. One that Naruto can see through. Unfortunately, Sakura cannot at the moment, she’s still confused as about his motives.

Yeah pretty much, I think he is getting irritated that Naruto isn't like one of his spineless flunkies who gives into his line of thinking. It was mentioned above he was like this in part 1, thats not necessarily true, he cared about his team back then even if he was arrogant.

Sasuke's feelings are pretty much the same as Obito's were. Even though he killed Minato, Kushina, and tried to kill Kakashi somewhere deep inside he still cared for them. The pattern Kishimoto is showing for Sasuke is the same that he showed with Obito.
