The thing that makes Sasuke's power special is that it gives the power to kill anyone regardless of their physical strength. Naruto is the exception because genjutsu doesn't work on him.

Not possible actually when you think about it.

1. ki barrier works similar to how edo nagato pushed back the amaterasu flames.

2. he has instant transmission which in a way works similar to how sasuke ameno'ed behind naruto in vote2

3. he should (i know inconsistencies) have no problem avoiding the flames.
