No he hasn't! His powers are still the same. He has gained a brand new Susanoo with Amaterasu incorporated into it. An Eternal Mangekyou. He doesn't feel any side effects or pain from using his eyes anymore like he used to with MS. And he will stabalise his Susanoo even further and settle its chakra, gaining a Perfect Susanoo.

Those^ are what he has gained.

And if you remember his fight against Kabuto.

Itachi and Sasuke both used Genjutsu on each other to break the sound Genjutsu.
