We did not see his conversation with the sage remember that. Sasuke is just a bit too strange for me right now he says he wants to becone hokage but how he must know that the hokage in the past have been nice to the villagers and kind sasuke does not seem kind to any one being the situation but even sakura says it does not seem like sasuke cares for her it is one thing to be the person who hides his feelings but sasuke has been different in the past when it comes to the ones he cares for we even see it with taka he apoligized to karin but i cant see him doing that for sakura right now or showing he cares

Do you really think the sage wouldve given him his powers if he wasnt going to do the right thing? Kishi himself said sasuke isnt good... or bad. Hes simply pure. What he does isnt always pretty but most of the time its the most logical thing for a shinobi to do to get what he wants.

He only showed respect to kakashi in part 1 bc kakashi was stronger and he wanted to test his powers against him. Kakashis far been surpassed by sasuke. The only one sasuke really thinks isnt beneath him is naruto.
