Reading the *********** translations clears things up a whole more.
Sasuke is not evil. He just wants to get rid of the 9 bijuu. Sasuke believes the bijuu shouldnt exist and the kage system too. the kage execution is a little out of place, but im guessing thats just kishi's way of putting Sasuke more on the bad side.
He wants to get rid of the bijuu in Naruto too, not kill him. Tho taking the bijuu out of him would kill naruto, it isnt Sasuke's plan. He just has to do what he has to do.
Since Sasuke isnt really evil, I think theyd probably come to a compromise of some sort. I can't really think of what exactly the compromise could be tho.

Naruto - who has done nothing but stick up for him the entire manga

In addition, he wants to force his view on EVERYBODY.

I have a theory, the compromise that they come up with at the end of the battle will Naruto being exiled along with the bijuu. That would explain Naruto not being present, and kakashi being hokage.
