Sasuke represents the old DNA of uchiha while Sarada represents the new DNA.

Sarada is both Uzumaki and Uchiha which means that Sarada is superior to Naruto, Sasuke and Madara since she is born with these genes instead of grabbing them or stealing them.

Can Sasuke still call himself an uchiha after the appearance of Sarada ?

Since Sarada is the evolved one she should be the one named a true Uchiha now...

Well in terms of genes, naruto is half uzumaki half Rikoudou, madara is half senju half uchiha, sasuke is full uchiha half Rikudou, sarada is full uchiha half uzumaki (cause no red hair), so ummmm NO

Genetically speaking, yes, she is superior to Naruto, Sasuke and Madara, since she has both Uzumaki and Uchiha genes on her. If Karin legit mother is confirmed, then she is the evolution of Uchiha, from now on, the new Uchiha Clan DNA will be established from her.
