he is because look at this. at first maybe he wanted to join tobi's side in the war. but after awakining the EMS sasuke has been killing akatsuki soldiers left right and even the original white zetsu. BUT! in a shocking twist he says he still wants naruto head on a platter well maybe not that but you get the point. so maybe he was heading for naruto but stopped by itachi after he told him about kabuto. this actually where we see some of this right here.

sasuke said he wanted kohana dead. BUT he even admits that kabuto is nothing more then a oro wanna be. this shows he hated the man. mybe at first when he left he did not care about being used. but somthing kinda changed in him. maybe he is not good nor evil but instead just choosing sides.

like he wanted tobi to give him rinnegan. he was on akatsuki's side. but then he helps itachi try to stop kabutomaru. that means basically he is a sort of "psuedo" ally

so what do you think is he GOOD or is he EVIL if not then is he just playing ball where he'll join the side that is winning

he just wants to fight naruto, once he killed his brother he wanted more power to kill leaf elders, once he met naruto again and saw he has grown he wnated even more power. Basically he's using everyone to fight naruto

I believe Sasuke knows he truly wants to be good, but he doesn't know how to let go of the hate and therefore, still wants revenge. In the end, he will be good and he won't die.
