Sasuke simply hasn't shown all he can do with his unique rinnegan and has yet to actually get an explanation . But right now the way things are getting implied with this whole Hamura guy constantly getting mentioned, naruto and sasuke will probably get another power up before they can even show us their full power.

WTF is this? I was 127 pounds then started lifting and 3 Two months later I blew up to 155 and pressing 300lbs easy but before that, I could not move 250lbs.

Sasuke can easily escape those slow moving Rasengan balls. The explosion is irrelevant as Sasuke's Susano'O was completely fine when he flew in between them and landed safely plus he can just fly to dodge any moving targets.

His current power is enough. Naruto was about to fall victim to IT until Sasuke saved him. Naruto is clueless to dire situations and Sasuke has teleportation on his side to take advantage of many things that Naruto will fall for. Sasuke could easily teleport behind naruto and Slice him with an Enton sword.
