Sasuke is Immune to Itachi's Tsukuyomi

I've seen a lot of people on here saying that Sasuke cannot defeat Itachi in terms of Genjustu, but I have some counters. Please hear me out! If you have any rebuttals than I can be human and listen :ilu:

1.) Sasuke's Willpower
First off, Sasuke has already broken Itachi's Tsukuyomi before and it was just with a 3T sharingan and sheer will. If he was able to break through in that circumstance then I see no reason why Sasuke's couldn't do it again with EMS and a Rinnegan.

2.) Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o
IT was able to penetrate through buildings and shadows, but Sasuke's PS was so dense that it was able to block it out. If Itachi looked at Sasuke (while Sasuke's PS is up) then I don't even think he could see through the density and find Sasuke's eyes.

3.) Sasuke's Rinnegan
The rinnegan can see chakra and can also help the user sense chakra pressure. As soon as Itachi builds up chakra for tsukuyomi Sasuke will sense it and react. The Rinnegan is also immune to visual genjutsu, making any eye contact from Itachi useless.
