She did have a useless kunai xD, I actually just rewatched that episode last night. Kakashi even says "That poison Tsunade taught you how to use is useless, Orochimaru made him immune to poison" or something along those lines.

It said he was immune to poison. Just generally, not specifically mentioning Sasori's. So who knows... It's one of those vague things in the manga.

It was Shizune, she's a poison specialist.

Oro helped Saosori alot, he even tried to head on with him. So only immune to one poison type is believeable. But you need to go to medic school and learn how poison works first. A simple body is not going to make enough of antidotes for all poison type, unless body like Orochimaru is more than human and contain more body part for at least ph+/ph- poison type, but there are more poison type... Unless you are stainless steel....

Yes she is, pretty sure Kakashi says Tsunade in the anime at least though. Maybe its different in the manga, but just because Shizune knows poisons doesnt mean Tsunade doesnt.

Kabuto is a medical genius and Sasuke was already immune to Tsunade's poison, knowing Orochimaru he would make sure that Sasuke is immune to every poison known to the villages

Yes she is, pretty sure Kakashi says Tsunade in the anime at least though. Maybe its different in the manga, but just because Shizune knows poisons doesnt mean Tsunade doesnt.

I don't doubt that; we saw her poison Jiraiya in Part 1. But Tsunade's specialisation is in medical ninjutsu so her skills in poison will be lesser than a poison specialist. So why be taught poisons by a less-skilled individual, especially when the aforementioned have more responsibilities to juggle.
