I doubt if Tobi would allow Sasuke to acquire Senjuu cells, without them there is no Rinnegan for Sasuke. His chances to obtain these eyes are slim to none.

You don't need Senju cells to unlock the Rinnegan,when you surpass the EMS,it's rinnegan so stfu

Sasuke need Senjuu cells in order go unlock Rinnegan, and its not like Tobi is going to give them to him. Tobi isnt stupid, and making your puppet as strong as you is very bad move, becuase if that puppet rebel you will be in deep shit.

Nobody knows how to unlock the rinnegan, but evidence does point in my direction since madara probably gained the rinnegan after or when he fought hashirama, which is why Tobi is forcing naruto to fight sasuke.

We do know that Tobi is counting on sasuke to unlock the rinnegan in order for him to sync with Gedo mazo.

And even if sasuke gains the rinnegan, he is still no match for tobi:

Tobi also has a rinnegan plus has space/time, intangibility, gedo mazo, and his paths of pain.

But we know for sure that you must have Senjuu / body power in order to unlock it, older son of Sage is proof that - even though he inherited his fathers "eyes" he didnt have Rinnegan, his eyes had spiral-like pattern instead of simple circles.

And even if sasuke gains the rinnegan, he is still no match for tobi

But he would have his EMS skills, which would make him comparable to Tobi. Not to mention that Sasuke woudnt be the only one against him.
