I'm not saying she would actually manage to hurt him. Just saying I could imagine a scenario where Orochimaru arrives thus everyone thinks Sasuke is bad - Sakura then attacks Sasuke, and the rest of K11 follows suit except Naruto.

I dont think saskue could use genjutsu on sakura sense she is first orginally a genjustsu type. then she has all that massive chakra. when jariya said that to counter genjustsu you have to turn on and off your chakra to release yourself from any genjustsu she probably could do that since she has perfect chakra control.
