He was being rude though. Any other character wouldn't state a fact so bluntly. It shows how arrogant he is of his new powers. Still, Sasuke remains one of my favorites.

It was a serious situation. He had to do it, if he didn't say anything they would have either died or gotten put into the genjutsu. He did what was right lol. Plus, its just setting him up to be the final villain.

Yea, I agree with the Final villain thing.
An another character would be like, "Kakashi and Sakura, in your current state, you aren't as useful as I am with my techniques. Even a small misstep can put you into the genjutsu.. Let me handle this yada yada"

Fine, but his arrogance added to what he said though. Had any other character said it, it wouldn't have made such an impact. It basically seemed like Sasuke was bossing over them.
