Look i love psycho sasuke as much as the next baser but I honestly miss the sasuke that would do whatever he could to protect his teammates especially Naruto. so Let me explain why i believe sasuke will change back.
1. 1st Hokage [ Hashirama Senju]
Hashirama lived at the same time era as Madara, so Hashirama might actually know how to end this curse of hatred. Hashirama could finally tell his side of what happened back then and it being Hashirama 1 of the founding fathers of Kohona he will mostly tell sasuke a the sole surivivor of the uchihas to not be like Madara and to go help kohona in battle;But also because we don't know the extent of this jutsu the Oro' used we can't really say if they will be able to go out and fight so with that being said Hashirama could fill sasuke in on Madara's fighting style before he lives to go and join the fight.
2. 2nd Hokage [Tobirama Senju]
Tobirama will finally be able to give use the story on what happened to make all the Uchihas become untrustworthy in the eyes of kohona. [ All in all i honestly don't know what Tobirama will bring to the table, but im assuming this would be it]
3. 3rd Hokage [Hiruzen Sarutobi]
Now these is were i believe sasuke will begin to change. The 3rd Hokage knew alot about what was going one and what was happening especially speculating about Danzo and he tried to keep the peace even after the fourth died. All of kohona 11 had a connection with Hiruzen even sasuke, I believe Hiruzen will tell him about Danzo going behind his back to slaughter the Uchiha clan and how he is disappointed in sasuke for becoming like Oro' in terms of leaving the village and trying to destory his birthplace and Hiruzen will really try to convince sasuke to drop this foolish plan of destorying the village and go join Naruto on the battle field.
4. 4th Hokage [ Minato Namikaze]
I do believe this will be Sasuke's first time hearing it but Minato will tell sasuke that Naruto is his son, opening up Sasuke eyes. Minato will tell Sasuke about how if he was still alive Danzo would have never gotten away with what he did to the Uchiha clan, I also believe this will be the most important talk for sasuke. I really hope Minato tells Sasuke that he knew his father and that his father was a good person and wouldn't want you like this because then sasuke will understand that he and Naruto being friends wasn't by luck; If it turns out so that Minato and his father were friends then both their mothers were friends so Naruto and him being friends was destiny. I do honestly believe that Minato will do the most changing in current sasuke.
P.S. for all those saying " What about the Naruto VS Sasuke fight blah blah", dude they still have to take their exams.
