He just said it will also be about him. He didn't say Naruto will fight him, let alone him being a villain.

Of course, we always knew at the end the relationship between Naruto and Sasuke will be concluded one way or the other.

So, this interview doesn't tell us anything...

the final villain is sasuke

1.Jump festa Kishimoto interview 2010:
a.Kishimoto: Sasuke's becoming more and more evil, and him fighting with Naruto will probably be the last event

2. Jump festa Kishimoto interview 2012:
a. Question: Has it been fixed from the start that Sasuke should leave the village to be what he is now?

i. Kishimoto: “Yes its from the start. There were the same old stories in which an enemy turns to a friend and I wanted to write a story where an once friend becomes an enemy.”

The scans don't prove anything. As I said, Naruto still needs to wrap things up with Sasuke, we all know that, but that doesn't mean he will be the villain, as in: the guy who gains the ultimate power and wants to destroy the world.

And Kishi's lines are obviously always refering to the current manga of that time where the interviews were made. We know for a fact Sasuke didn't become more evil/dark/whatever since he met with Edo Itachi.
