Madara never negged Sasuke when they were on equal footing (both with Rikudou power). But I do distinctly remember Madara having a sword in his chest and getting sliced in half, both courtesy of Sasuke.

playing rich without money.. first off that was 2 vs 1 so it isn't something to be proud of as sasuke did it with help. second peak madara soloes peak sasuke and even 1 eyed madara wouldn't lose to sasuke back then.

To not spoil them, Kishi didn't implement his RSM so that the Anime fans wouldn't be spoiled, thats also why Sasuke only has like 20-30 seconds of screen time, he didn't want to spoil the Anime fans by showing them Sasuke's Rinnegan or Naruto's RSM. Naruto obviously still has it, just didn't appear in the movie because Anime fans would be there.

I don't think they showed Sasuke's rinnegan, and bandages won't spoil anything for the Anime fans, they'll just think naruto could have gotten hurt, Sasuke's appearance was to disguise his missing arm, you can't tell if he's just hiding it or he's lost it.

I think you haven't seen the part where he saves Hiashi (his rinnegan is shown) or the entire marketing based around Sasuke shows him with a rinnegan, plus his sketches shows he has a missing arm too

Naruto could just have used Bijuu mode instead of his RSM, when he got BM he was still able to access KCM, same thing could work here. Either way there's no way he could have lost it. Also, RSM would definitely be a bigger spoiler than Rinnegan, if they saw Naruto lashing out all these new bijuu techniques they obviously would have knew something was different. Hopefully the movie explains why he doesn't have it but for now we can't simply claim whether he lost it or not. Its all assumption no matter how much we go back and forth.

He was made unconscious for three days and Hinata was taken away, he definitely had a reason to use it RSM if he had it

Sasuke didn't lose his rinnegan because he awakened the rinnegan by himself, Sage gave him sage chakra which allows him to have black chidori, he met the requirements of having hashirama's dna /chakra and going through death experience
