I dont think there is such a thing like "fodder genius". If Sasuke is one, what that makes of Orochimaru, a "retard genius"?

of course. he is elite at pretty much every part of being a ninja. he is analytical, great taijutsu, genjutsu, ninjutsu, and kenjutsu. he used CM2 very well, he uses his MS well, he created enton, etc.
