Actually money does influence a person's character indirectly. Since Sarada and Sakura lack money, they are living a life full of hardships. All the struggle in life will only make Sarada's willpower stronger and make her more successful in life.

On the flip side, Boruto and Himawari will lack willpower due to their wealthy status and Naruto's overindulgence.

Sasuke is not even Sakura's wife unless proven by the manga, which so far, the only thing that's been proven is that Sarada has never met her father, Sakura wants to forcefully delude herself into thinking that Sarada is her daughter, even though she's always known she isn't and even tried to fool her daughter, and delude herself into believing that Sasuke is her husband despite the latter having never said so himself and she doesn't even remember him well.
