Sasuke is fast, Kakashi is Quick

there's a difference between these two kind of speed, i was reading a thread that said: who is faster, sasuke or kakahsi, well, sasuke is faster, kakashi is quicker.

Sasuke made his first appearance in Naruto Shippuden with a very fast movement, jumping from a precipice to where naruto was in less than 1 second, that's why i say he is "fast"

Kakashi hasn't shown "speed" feats, he has shown quick moves, like against asura path he was very quick to go behind asura's back and atack him with chidori, another example is how he warped BM naruto with kamui, he was very quick to think what he was going to do, or like when he saved kurenai from itachi's clone bomb. this is why i say he's "quick" , he isn't very fast at his movements, he's fast when it comes to "thinking and doing"

Does that mean he can dodge Bee's tailed beast mode only A and Sasuke was able to do?

i'm saying that, if a bijuudama comes at sasuke, he would dodge it with his speed

if the bijuu dama comes at kakahsi, he would find a different way veruçy quick, like going under earth or substitution jutsu, like thinking very fast and being quick in what he's gonna do
