Read my edit. Already explained to you a couple of times. Sasuke has Hagoromos chakra so he's already capable of becoming a Juubis Jin. Your fanfic must have yang requirement is nothing more than fanfic.

No, sasuke has the yin half of hagoromo chakra while every juubi jin has had BOTH halves, sasuke does not possess the yang half being able to perform yang release does not mean he has the yang half of hagoromo.
Then again there may be NO requirement to being a jubbi jin just a will strong enough to keep it under control and sasuke has that ten fold over obito so if asked can he do it, my vote is yessir
