Well at the beginning Sasuke had family to support him and guide him on the way of ninja while Naruto had whole village hating him. After Uchiha massacre Sasuke already had his reason for becoming powerful while Naruto shouted that he will become Hokage but that was more for his psyche than real drive. While Sasuke was growing stronger Naruto only started seriously after Mizuki incident and even than he was just playing. In first VOTE you say that Sasuke won even when Naruto was using Kyuubi chakra but Sasuke was already using Cursed Mark, he smacked Naruto, Naruto use initial jinchuriki state, Sasuke evolve sharingan, Naruto uses one tail, Sasuke use Second tranformation. You could say that it was jinchuriki with one tail against someone with SM.
While Sasuke was training with Oro, Naruto was walking around Nations doing god knows what. Because like really, he came back only with bigger rasengan ? Like Jiraiya do something.
Naruto started taking training seriously after death of Jiraiya. There we could see massive power spike by SM. Which allowed him to match Sasuke with MS. Sasuke gain EMS and Naruto finally found mothers love and uses Sealed hatred Mode.
If you switched roles that Narutos parents would be alive and Sasuke only orphan it would be Sasuke chasing after Naruto. But then again both of them are so strong thanks to fact that they are each other rival. Someone said it that you will grow strongest if you will find worthy rival for yourself.
In the end both Sasuke and Naruto are equal. But you must take it different. Naruto is like Nuke while Sasuke is about precision. Is technique vs Power. So its impossible to say who is stronger because they are in different categories. Its like they both have same level but choose different class.

The whole series concentrates on the power/strength balancing for those two characters and need of the character's presence to give a meaning to other. Series never openly presented the strength difference among those two characters from the beginning to the end. Both are envious about the growth rate of other.

Coming to the comparision based on the facts we see in the manga, Sasuke uchiha is never inferior to Naruto in any way you can practically measure a shinobi's strength. To be frank Naruto appears to be inferior in the number of jutsus and the gracefulness of the fight with others in the whole series.

Everyone who is a naruto fan must have participated or be a spectator of the argument on what is stronger Chidori or Rasengan ? Which implicitly resembles the present question on who is stronger.

Answer is both and neither. They are two different jutsus for two different types of contexts. People who look at this question quite quickly posts the following picture to say Rasengan is quite more powerful than Chidori.

But I disagree to that argument because Chidori is meant to penetrate the so called best defenses not to do internal damage or a bigger nuke compared to rasengan. I can support this statement with these two images.

Chidori which is basic version of Raikiri (Kakashi's) or any other jutsu variations of Sasuke's itself penetrates the Lightning armor of the Raikage. That is what Chidori is for. Where as this so called Rasengan is not for that it is a nuke. To see proof of that here is a pic again.

There it is the strongest variation of the rasengan, Wind style : Rasenshuriken, which did nothing to the armor of the third Raikage. So what exactly is the strongest Chidori or Rasengan ? Both and as well as Neither, it truly depends on the context and its usage.

Similarly both Sasuke and Naruto.

Further going deep into analysis,oOut of number of jutsus Sasuke showed through out the Manga few main are ,

Chidori and its variations.
Amaterasu and its Blaze release variations.
Kirin.
Indra's Arrow.
Susanoo and its manipulations(along with its different attacks and defenses)
Amenotejikara(Space time ninjutsu).
Rinnengan, all its six paths and different jutsus.
His Sharingan Genjutsus like Coericon sharingan(used on sai), Demonic Illusions(on Danzo) and many other small Genjutsus based on situation(Deidara and Danzo fights).
You can also see Rinnengan genjutsu which he used to take control over nine tailed beasts simultaneously. (Naruto manga 692-10)
Sasuke has his own summoning of Hawk and Ninja tools along with Oro's snake. With this we had glimpse on what Sasuke Uchiha is capable of and also with the glimpse on his fights (vs Deidara, vs Itachi, vs KillerBee, whole W.WarIV we can see how intellectual his fighting style is).

P.S : Sasuke exhibited number of oro's jutsus which I'm not sure that he can use once his heaven seal is gone.

Naruto Uzumaki on the other hand has quite a little bit of arsenal comparatively.
Shadow Clone.
Rasengan.
Wind style : Rasenshuriken. (All his other rasenshuriken you see in world war IV with the different chakra natures of Bijuus and different variations in size of them along with Rasengan).
Shadow Shuriken Jutsu. (Nicely used to its fullest, vs Zabuza, vs Pain )
Regeneration technique. (Used on gai and Kakashi).
Sage Arts with Senjutsu.
Not to forget he inheirted the kekkei genkai nature of chakra release like, Magnet release, Scorch, Magma from the chakras of Bijuus.
His super inhuman speed in Bijuu mode.
I would say his Bijuudama is rasengan in higher scale.

The highest skill that Naruto possess is the chakra reserve and its manipulation along with its control. You can see the highest extent one can do, on that perspective, in World war IV.

Here at this point, we should notice that naruto has almost no skill in Genjutsu. Only thing he can be fine with is, if he is traped in genjutsu kurama can bring him out but not sure in case against a skilled Genjutsu user, least I can say is against Sasuke. Not sure at all if its the same case with Itachi or Shisui like skilled ninjas with genjutsu.

Sasuke who can see into the plane where kurama is, just with normal sharingan and can even trap bijuu with his genjutsu not to forget with just a glance.

Sasuke is also experienced with swords and his main fighting style revolves around his sword fights ususally. We see no such thing with any weapon in case of Naruto. All Naruto can do is repel them with Bijuu chakra.

I would comment nothing on taijutsu skills of both as we can see at the end, both are highly skilled in terms of speed and taijutsu and both have no jutsus solely based on Taijutsu as Lee or Gai.

Naruto's defenses are solely based on the Bijuu chakra all the time. To be frank right from the begining. There is no defensive jutsu or strategy or anything which belongs to Naruto. So anything that lacks in naruto while comparing with any skilled ninja or Sasuke it's always Bijuu chakra which compensates.

Both the fights between Naruto and Sasuke are unclear.

In the first fight, Naruto is so inferior in every aspect as a ninja to Sasuke. Just his Bijuu chakra compensated for everything that he is lacking. Point to be noted in here is, both used their arsenals and chakras to the limit. No one backed up even a little whatever the resolve is. In the end, Naruto is done where sasuke went on to pursue his path in his own way, not by killing his best friend. So if someone wants a winner in this fight who exactly that can be ?

In the second fight against them, there is no Genjutsu involved, no strategy involved nothing as compared to any fight in the whole naruto series. It is an all out direct test of nukes both had, to their limit and result is unclear again. Both fainted and both are with just consciousness nothing more nothing less.

All we can say is neither is powerful than other. Yin and Yang both are equal and needed. Light and Darkness both are contrary to each other neither is stronger than other nor inferior to other.

Seems like reading comprehension is an issue. You can't read the parts where Kurama is outright stating that he prepared the chakra and amassed NE for him? How hard is elementary level comprehension for you? You argument has no correlation to what I stated.
