Reasons as to why i believe that only a special few can control the bijuu as easily as Sasuke was able to. Having both sharinfan and rinnegan powers opens up abilities that can put Sasuke above the sage in power. The sage has said Sasuke is more akilled than him. Kurama has said his handle for chakra is unrivaled. Sasuke can open up Kaguyas dimensions on his own. Sasuke is on par with Naruto according to kishi. With both arms he could be stronger than naruto on par woth the sage or greater

Hagoromo's rinnegan is a kekkei moura so it's probably extremely powerful. I doubt EMS and rinnegan given to Sasuke by Hagoromo would surpass his eye power.

His reaction to Sasuke's genjutsu implies he's never seen a feat like that and then Kurama's statement further confirms that Sasuke's eye power is on par with Hagoromo's at the very least. The only thing that separates them is his body power.

We don't know what his special rinnegan technique might be though and anybody would've reacted that surprised to that genjutsu feat by Sasuke but that doesn't mean Hagoromo may not be capable of that same feat either. Also Hagoromo can probably use the six paths techniques on a greater and larger scale than Sasuke since he has far more chakra. Also Sasuke got his rinnegan directly from the sage so highly doubt it would be superior.

You also think Ashura and Indra are superior to Sasuke and Naruto so what does Indra have that can put his MS on par or superior with Hagoromo's rinnegan ? since you think Sasuke's rinnegan is on par with Hago's and Indra is superior to Sasuke.
