Sasuke is definitely top 10

I find it absolutely mind boggling that when some people here on the base conduct their top 10 list Sasuke is never on it...If he is on it he he's placed at 9 or 10...Sasuke is clearly one of the most versatile if not the most versatile fighters on the show/manga...Sasuke can fight from any range he's well rounded in Taijutsu, ninjutsu and his genjutsu has gotten alot better from early part 2...By obtaining the EMS he has acquired Itachi's powers on top of his own...I personally cant name 10 shinobi that can clearly defeat EMS Sasuke...IF you can prove me wrong

Yep, he is but top ten lists are never absolute, they are always just opinion. I agree though, there aren't ten shinobi in the story stronger than Sasuke IMO so he has to be.

I'm sorry dude but its no way a watered down uchiha is ever going to beat Sasuke...Last time I checked after the Danzo fight when Sasuke Shot his Susanoo arrow, kakashi was clearly feeling the affects of using Kamui when just warping one arrow...He clearly does not have the stamina to defeat Sasuke

Kakashi's stamina has clearly been elevated since that time. He's used kamui 4 times in the obito fight, along with kage bushins and raikiri
