So here's how I see part 2 ending. The Kage return, minus Tsunade who is dead. They assist the Alliance in fighting off the 10 tails. Sasuke learns the entire truth of the Uchiha clan. Orochimaru shows up and breaks Edo Tensei on Madara. Jugo and Suigetsu are sacrificed to bring back Sasuke's parents, who he asks questions. They end up being released and Sasuke's father convinces him successfully that Itachi was wrong: Konoha must be destroyed entirely. Sasuke decides that he hates Konoha even more. Obito dies when he betrays Madara. Guy and Bee die. Neji isn't resurrected, Obito dies a villain. The perfected 10 tails is sealed inside someone, possibly Naruto or Sasuke. Madara is brought back to life due to Rinne Tensei. Madara is forced to retreat and takes Sasuke with him, who due to what he reads now regards Madara as his mentor in hate.
Sasuke kills Sakura in front of Naruto with Chidori Senbon. She's shot immediately through the heart and dies. He and Naruto fight, and against Naruto narrowly defeats Sasuke. Before he can take Sasuke back to the Leaf, Madara stands up. He's alive, resurrected by Rinne Tensei despite everyone assuming Obito betrayed him. He staggers towards Naruto and with one hand blows a hole in Naruto's stomach. Naruto goes down, assumed dead. The fans are absurdly angry, and part 3 begins next year after a hiatus.
In part 3, we learn that Kakashi has become Hokage. Despite returning to the village a hero and saving the world, Naruto was unable to save his friend. He declines becoming Hokage and enters a huge depression. Part 3 is about Naruto as an adult, Sasuke as the new lead villain and the world rebuilding itself after the war.
