The guy next to Sasuke is from the afterlife. It's Sasuke's father.
He will convince Sasuke that he should forgive Konoha and what Itachi did, thus making him 100% good again.
Think about it guys Why would Kishi force and rush Sasuke's death? He dies so fast and like a fodder, thats not fair to Sasuke. But Kishi wanted to prove a fast point. Kishi wants to show us that Sasuke can be good and forgive Konoha for the massacre. And Kishi's father just died so establishing a relationship with Sasuke and his father is important.
They will TNJ until Karin and the rest arrives and revive him.
This is just like when Kakashi meets his father i the afterlife.
