There, fixed it for you. We haven't seen Naruto, Sasuke or Madara's full power yet Madara is still above them. So far Naruto shown to have more powerful jutsus so far and Sasuke only shown his S/T jutsus which isn't known much about and PS which can fly and is fast. Naruto also have much more chakra than Sasuke as well; plus he didn't even go full BM as of yet but he's still blasting away the giant meteors.
