How do u know that, show me the manga or the episodes, where is it, I don't see it. Yes Minato can't break Sasuke's susano so easily with a kunai or Rasengan, but remember Minato has a lot of powerful techs like sealing jutsus, ftg tech lvl 3, even more powerful than reaper death seal.
According to Kushina she said that Minato had over 1000 of sealing jutsus and he can learn them in no time, fast enough to seal susano away. One more thing Sasuke fanboy, even Minato can't touch Sasuke, then he can seal his eyes or susano, remember his sealing jutsus, not just his speed. People who saying that Sasuke can take out Minato easily with Amaterasu while he need his sharingan to see where he teleporting, but his sharingan can't keep Minato's speed or ftg techs, wtf can u think, his sharingan can't even see Ay's speed but only need to protect himself with shield of black flames, that's all......... that would not stop Minato at all, people like u who thinks that shield of black flames would stop Minato is just a moron who doesn't know how to read manga or watching episodes.
I don't say whos stronger, but you're just a fanboy who trying to find a counter for Sasuke, but that's just stpuid! Q.1 What can minato's kunai do ?
ans: E=MC2 which means any wepon traveling at a very high speed possess massive momentum . and this momentum is enough to shatter every thing in its path. for E.g Bullet >>>> strong walls . so since minato is the fastest shinobi in world , hence his kunai possess huge momentum which can easily pass through susanoo bcoz we already saw what momentum can do against susanoo in raikage+onoki combo attack. and in this case minato possess both traits

Q.2 Can Sasuke spamm amatersu, susanoo, tuskuyomi ??
ans: NO because we have already seen even the 9 Tail and 8 tail beast runs out of chakra and need to rest hence sasuke is no exception.

one important thing to notice is that Sasuke has very bad chakra control , which is proven when M.S Itachi outlasted 3 tomoe sasuke in stamina and durability. In this case sasuke also had chkra boost from oro's cursed mark but still he got tired ist.

Q3. can Sasuke's any tech catch minato ?
ans: NO.

even sasuke outruned itachi's amatersu so minato >>>>>>>>>>>>>. amatersu

ans: yes of course. from all of sasuke's battle we have seen sasuke is reckless, proudy, hastey, attacks without proper plan like he attacked kage's sumit, dazou, Bee, etc but Minato is calm, virtuous, keen eyed,full of wit, and never does anything without a proper plan and logic.

I was just flicking through some chapters when i noticed killer b saying sasuke was the second strongest guy, meaning only less than minato. Noew wiv his ems he might be on par wiv him

thats not a big feat since killer b was kept in the village most of the time and was restricted from most out of the village fighting, minato was an exception

BTW I forgot to add one point. suizutsu's full attack was easily blocked by Tobi with bare hands and it didnt even made a scratch on Tobi while Minato's rashingan shattered entire arm of Tobi and made his retreate . Hence we cant underestimated power of minato's rashingan.

Sasuke has great power and defence because of his Sharingan and Susanoo,
and Minato is really fast and tricky beause of his Kunai technique and his way of thinking o:.
So I think that there is two options:
1. Sasuke will catch minato somehow with his Susanoo or Amaterasu before Minato will be able to escape that of getting tired/ran out of chakra.
2. Minato will keep escaping from Sasuke, Sasuke will ran out of chakra or his eyes will start to hurt and then his Susanoo won't work, then Minato will catch him.

I love both of the characters, thats why I said it fair, I dont really know who will win because is not all about power or escaping, So my answer is - ? xD.

But if there was a real fight between them too, Sasuke would probaly try to use all his techiques [and he has alot c:],
and Kishi probaly would add to Minato more Techiques to Minato [I think that he has more techniques but we never saw that, because after all he was the fourth Hokage]

Nobody ever saw the true power of Minato's resengan so don't talk like you did. Sasuke's Susano isn't the strongest and on top Minato is smart enough to find the limits of Sasuke's chakra and to dodge until Sasuke doesn't have enough chakra to use Susano.
+ Minato is really good in sealing so i don't see Sasuke using Susano ever again

And by your toughts we may assume that Sasuke has to be a Hokage or near a Hokage level but Sasuke isn't there still not
