No he won't get Taka's and Hashirama's DNA, it would be a bad idea from Kishi if he decides to give him Hashirama's DNA, which I doubt would happen, Kishi is trying to make Sasuke a pure Uchiha successor so he won't give him Hashirama's DNA.
But let's wait and see what's in the scroll that Suigetsu found, it's most likely a future powerup for Sasuke.
Well he kind of has a point. Kabuto by his own statement is the closest to the SO6P. Now your thread is called 'Sasuke is closest to SO6P' in which you state that Sasuke will be the closest only when he gains everything that Kabuto already has. Therefore by default this thread fails.

I think Nagato is still the closest to the sage right now... MORE than Sasuke and Naruto at the moment.
Well, actually... What I'm saying is that Nagato and Naruto are much closer to the SO6P than Sasuke.
All Sasuke really needs is the Rinneagan then he would already have too much power-ups.
I didn't say the cave they were currently in. I'm talking about the cave Sasuke awokened from. Tobi will probably make sure Sasuke gains Rinnegan anyway. Kabuto's help? Kabuto just told him everything he needs to do to gain the power he has.
He kinda doesn't it because this is just a theory. Sasuke is essentially closer to SO6P Kabuto ever willl be because he is a descendant of SO6P himself. Sasuke has right infront of him all of things Kabuto possesses. I am just simply pointing this out.
Yeah Nagato is dead, Madara is dead I wasn't really factoring in dead people. U_U

Ooooooo, that cave totally forgot about that. Kabuto telling him that he combined peoples DNA together, and actually performing the medical procedure are to different things. Kabuto and Oro basically worked all their lives to pull it off, I don't think Sasuke can pull it off after one monologue by Kabuto. O' well when Kabuto either captures or Tobi hands over Sasuke for helping in the war none of this will matter, since Kabuto will own his body.
While I do tend to stay away from threads such as these, I feel like I'll have to voice my opinion here.
While 'tis true Sasuke might get the Rinnegan as far as we know, and that his powers are indeed great, you forget the main thing about the Sage of the Six Paths.
He was a savior and bringer of peace. Basically, just what Naruto tries to do at the moment.
Not only that, but he kind of looks like the Sage's silhouette and is currently forming bonds with the tailed beasts.
Besides, stealing DNA would just cheapen Sasuke.
