I don't see Sasuke finding time to allow feelings for a woman develop when he's focused on things far more important. You don't just fall in love over night, attraction, sexual attraction and lust usually come first at that age.

Sasuke's love for his family drove him to his goal of defeating Itachi and now he seeks answers for all the lies he's been told.

Romantic love has no place in this, same with people thinking Naruto and Hinata would get romantic over Neji's corpse in front of the Juubi. lol
