1. All he wanted at first was to kill Itachi and avenge his clan's destruction and he did so.
Hatred leads to darkness.
2. Sasuke was told the truth. His hatred towards Itachi lifted but it turned him towards darkness.
3. And dark Sasuke wants to destroy Konoha.

He is not stupid. He has been used emotionally by Itachi, Madara. Let's not forget that the responsibility for everything lies on the Root and on the Elders. In real life and also in the manga, only the top members of a group/clan/party are the ones who can organize a coup. And the crazy elders + The Root decided to kill everyone. National security did not give them the right to do this, in the long run this kind of acts come back against the organizers (Konoha, in this case). Of course, the people of Konoha are not culprits, either. Just the government.

Not Tobi, I think you mean the third hokage. SO then only 2 alive people who knew planned it. Tobi knew about it, but he didnt help plan it. He was invlved with the Kyuubi attack though before the massacre.

And I don't think he's an idiot, just emotionally distressed. I mean, he already severed his bonds with that place. He doesn't care about them anymore. He just wants justice, and although we all hate him for it, hes not being an idiot. Its a big misunderstanding and the situation is unfavorable but you cant blame him :/ Well, KOnoha can because he's trying to destroy them, but...

Not everyone thinks that of Itachi though. its probably half and half. some just thinks he's messed up and some thinks he's a complete a-hole but Itachi gladly took that role in order to save his bro

dude your logic is horrible. Tobi pretty much forced Itachi to do it, Tobi threatened to attack the Leaf again if Itachi doesn't kill the Uchiha, also Hiruzen and Danzo asked Itachi to watch the Uchiha then ordered him to kill them and to never come back. So he was double forced to kill them.

wrong. a couponot a war. and a war only would start if konoha was unhappy with their new leaders. thus konoha starts the war. even more so since the only reason they wanted a coup is because konoha was always repudiating and segregating uchihas, blaming them for stuff they didnt even do. uchihas were sick of not being free in the country they helped build.

the right thing to do would be killing the ringleaders and making the rest decide if they really want to die as well by going along with the dead peoples plan.
the right thing to do would be informing everyone about the truth of the kyuubi assault via memory testimony.
the right thing to do would be killing 4 people to save hundreds. if theres no elders, and hiruzen is convinced to hand over power peacefully via contract, theres no need for further bloodshed. itachi chose to murder every single living thing in his path than just the crochety old men who drove uchiahs into a corner in the first place.
the right thing to do would be saving his mother and father along with sasuke, at the very least. who cares if they knew about it? that doesnt mean they are evil and deserve to die.

maybe so but sasuke believes that since the elders ordered the slaying of innocent uchihas, that means the only way to get true revenge is killing everyone that the elders care about. so that maybe theyd understand the warcrime they committed.

wrong. the only reason there wasnt a war is because danzo ordered what needed to be done. i doubt itahci would have done anything if danzo hadnt used his pacifism to do what danzo wanted him to do. the onyl reason there would have been a war is if konoha didnt let uchihas rule peacefully. there could have been a peaceful handing over of power. hiruzen was getting old anyway and fugaku was as good a candidate as any. but hiruzen refused to do this and risked starting a war because he liked power too much.

he wants to kill the entire leaf village, which is a bitch-ass move coz 99% of them have nothing to do with the massacre

he isnt killing them because of that. hes killing them because they live ignorant of itachis life, and because he wants to make people experience the same pain he has. konoha ordered the deaths of innocent civilians and now sasuke wants to do the same thing himself. so really sasuke is only as bad as danzo and hiruzen.

itachi didnt save anything. all he did was make sasuke suffer needlessly for years in his own darkness and turn sasuke into a monster.

no. that only proves itachi as a manipulated fool. he let tobi in the village and there was therefore nothing stopping him breaking the promise and getting kyuubi again

most konoha jounins have killed innocents on the orders of their superiors. sasuke was innocent yet hiruzen and danzo ordered him be killed anyway. and hiruzen hasnt even had a hard life so theres no excuse.
