Shouldn't all above scans proved that sasuke is also a criminal not on obito's level but he did many crimes..

So if naruto shouldn't forgive obito then it also means naruto should put him into jail.

According to law, sasuke punishment is either:

-->or 5 to 10 years imprisonment.

Anyway Obito changed in the end and died while protecting kakashi. Even obito accepted his sins due to which naruto forgave him but sasuke still doesnt change. He didnt accept his sins. Sasuke should be punished.
