Lord Sauce doesn't really hate Naruto. He just wants to cut off all the bonds he has with any man. (And as stated by him, naruto was tge closest thing to a best friend). Sauce thinks bonds create weakness. (You can read about Parshurama in Indian mythology who killed his own mother before he went to war against the Aryans).
So Sauce severes the bond.
