Sasuke is a lot faster than Naruto.

First of all I see a lot of people Say Sasuke's teleporting is not counted as speed since it is not foot speed, but I do remember everyone admitted Minato was the Fastest person in NV even though he teleported.
Since people say this, people say Naruto is faster but I will prove you wrong.

The way I see it


Let us say

there are 2 people standing 200 meters from a trophy, their job is to get their first.

One has God like teleportation and GREAT foots speed while the other one has amazing footspeed.


The person with the teleportation power will get there quicker meaning he is the quickest because he got there first.


Accept it and move on, Sasuke is the fastest shinobi on the planet.

Naruto is also faster than Sasuke in foot speed.

Sasuke can only teleport a short distance proven by Madara.

Obviously Sasuke at short range and in battle is faster than Naruto
However Naruto is faster when it comes to actual running and in distance. Sasuke can only teleport in short ranges and I imagine it's
limited to how much energy he has

Where did Naruto's foot speed match Sasuke's teleportation speed? In the spoiler we clearly see Naruto closer to Kaguya in the top panel.In the next panel Naruto has moved just a little bit closer to Kaguya while Sasuke has already launch an attack and reach the other side. I think it's okay to say Sasuke is faster.
