Sasuke is the most disappointing antagonist..He is meant to an antagonist,because he oppose the protagonist Naruto.
He's the worst antagonist alive yet.I'm not talking about the minor one who appeared in fillers etc.
He's disappointing in both power wise and character wise compared to others.
Power wise
Sasuke can't possibly fight Naruto now and survive.Naruto can defeat him in KM;he won't have to go BM.
Sasuke fans were expecting some major power ups from EMS.And for their disappointment he got none major power ups which will help him to beat Naruto.His fans made wild and ridiculous predictions about new EMS techs to overrate him,but now there are no such techs.
Tobi is the main and the best enemy for Naruto.Tobi > Sasuke (This is a fact).
He got tailed beasts,sharingan,rinnegan & paths.He is a worthy opponent to measure and show Naruto's skills unlike Sasuke.
Edo Madara is also on top with his rinnegan,EMS,wood style etc.
Kabuto is also a worthy opponent with his edos,DSM.Sasuke can't possibly beat Kabuto.:sy:
Orochimaru was a great antagonist in Naruto.He had the skills and inteligence to cause some many things which will affect the future & present.
These guys are the best antagonist who has a current impact.There are many others who are dead like Nagato etc.They are also better antagonist than Sasuke cause they had a pure vision to full fill.
Bottom Line: Sasuke can't defeat or push Naruto to his full potential now.Naruto is far more stronger than him.He's no match for Naruto.
Character wise
Sasuke has the weakest personality among the antagonist.He isn't evil enough.At first he was bashing about killing his brother and hating him.But after he found the truth,he became quickly soft towards his brother.(A strong antagonist won't care)..Some enemies who appeared in fillers are far more sinister than Sasuke. U_U
While Tobi,Madara,Nagato,Kabuto,Orochimaru will kill anyone in order to complete there ideals.

It's because all of these antagonist have something in common.They had a big ambition ahead.They were a part of a bigger picture.
Naruto is also a part of the bigger picture.He also wants to create world peace and unite everybody.But he doesn't approve others' destructive methods.He wants to get it in a positive way.That is why Naruto has more interesting conflicts with these guys rather with Sasuke.
Sasuke is ambition is to get revenge.It's a rather lame kind of revenge.First he wanted to get revenge from Itachi and now he wants revenge on konoha.What did he do after the knowing the truth? He went with taka to destroy Konoha.It's the most stupid & lame idea ever.Orochimaru couldn't destroy it even with an army.What can taka do? :sy:
The problem is Sasuke was never a part of a bigger picture.He is used as a pawn.He can't see anything beside lame things.He only goes on emo rampages.He even cries.:sy:

Sasuke is no match for Naruto.He is the worst rival to think of.There are people like Tobi who are a worthy rival for Naruto.I guess konohamaru will become a far more better rival when he's 16.

- Madara killed his brother (which he stated that Izuna gave the eyes willingly.it's quiet doubt-able)
