I don't know why you specifically named Tobirama, but Sasuke could have easily killed him even if he was alive. It's not like Tobirama could have done anything to him In his state and that goes the same for the other kages as well. With Kaguya out of the way, Sasuke's success rate for accomplishing his goal is higher. I don't see how that's a cowardly thing considering that he's a ninja and most ninjas' deceive people during times you wouldn't expect and take advantages of moments to better suit the outcome. I would consider Danzo to be a coward for stealing Uchiha eyes on the very same clan that he hated and manipulating behind the scenes like a retired little dog. Sasuke is actually trying to make a difference where as Danzo only wanted to benefit himself. I don't know how many times people are going to make up this bullshit, but what Sasuke is doing is on a much higher level than what Danzo could even comprehend.

I don't think that Sasuke would ever send out an order to kill innocents from a village all because he was butthurt about their actions and too scared to face them himself. At least Sasuke has the courtesy to fight his own battle instead of leaping from corner to corner looking for sidekicks to fight for him. Danzo is the definition of a coward and the only reason why he didn't confront the Uchiha alone is because he would have been killed the moment he interfered in their affairs.

Sasuke attacks things head on where as Danzo gathers his Anbu squad to fight his battles and hides in the dark to send out orders to do his dirty work. Sasuke comes up with his own plans that would work best for the situation and does what is necessary for the better. I don't think I need to go through all the things that Sasuke has done versus what Danzo has done do I? I probably will though considering you are to simple to understand anything pertaining to Sasuke.

Sasuke is no fool and he is not like the other naïve dogs. He actually has enough sense to understand that necessary kill is sometimes needed to make changes for the better.
