Sasuke is a better character than Naruto

They're both good characters and it's only preference to like one better than the other.

But all I know is that I'd rather follow someone like Naruto, who is forgiving, merciful, and benevolent, than someone like Sasuke, who would rule with an iron-fist, leaving no room for compassion.

I can agree with this though. Even if I don't like this character Naruto, but I would prefer him over Sasuke still.

*facepalm* Because they're now co-protagonist, as I said in my post... I didn't say Sasuke was the new protagonist (by himself) and that Naruto was now the deuteragonist, now did I?

Put sasuke in naruto's shoes against nagato and guess what happens? Kakashi and half the village stay dead.

Obito was about to revive the entire shinobi alliance, the only reason that Madara was revived was Black zetsu who neither sasuke nor naruto had any idea was there. had the situaiton been the same as Naruto and Sasuke perceived it, Obito would have revived the entire alliance.

Compared to Naruto, Sasuke would make a piss poor protagonist, his ideals are only on the level of kid Naruto and Danzou. He'd justify anything as a necessary evil, and something Naruto doesn't and wouldn't do.

Obviously not, since if he's in naruto's shoes he would have arrived at the battlefield after pein used chou shinra tensei and killed all those people.

And that doesn't even matter, we are talking about their ideoloy and the results that they yield. Bringing up a situation where Sasuke doesn't have to make he tough decisions is just dodging the question and it proves how terrible the decisions are that his character would made.

Your missing the point his goal was to kill his brother and rebuild his clan. After that was kill everyone in the village and rebuild his clan. Is actions never changed anything and his goal is still incomplete.

He got the answers he required before making his OWN decision. Another one done.

He hasn't rebuilt his clan yet, that's probably the last one. But he's working towards that and will most likely, yet again, get it done.
