Sasuke instant attack combo : Rinnetelportation + Built up chakra for Amaterasu

I don't think he can use shift + ama because those moves require the same eye to operate. I'm not sure about it though he might be able.
Also naruto doesn't have onmyoudon. Even if he does, sasuke has rikudo's chakra which bypasses onmyoudon, you saw how he bisected madara with chidori right?

Why not just over hold the chakra you've already built up?
