First of all, Sasuke naming the technique "Indra's arrow" doesn't mean that Indra used it. He could just be naming it after his ancestor or something. Even if he did, it doesn't mean that they have equal proficiency with the technique. Besides, Naruto and Sasuke are clearly above their reincarnations thanks to Hagaromo's power.

Indra was obviously greater than Ashura. Madara was a disgraceful reincarnation of the Thunder God (being weaker than Hashirama and not having Raiton); Sasuke is the true heir to the Thunder God Indra.

Indra gets some of Hagoromo's chakra since he's his child and all that, genetics.

Sasuke gets all of Hagoromo's Yin Chakra straight from the source, and as a result he gets the Rinnegan. Then he gets all 9 Bijuu.

What does that logic tell us? That Indra is not on Sasuke's level.

Im just stating with Indras biggest Susano and expierence, he can cause Sasuke some real trouble. You are not giving Indra enough credit in my opinion. Sasuke has tamoe Rinnegan, half of Rikoudou and some bijuu chakra and yet Kishi compares their arsenal on this stage.
